Account Registration

To access all features and services offered on our platform, users must create an account. All information provided during registration must be current, complete, and accurate. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and are liable for all activities that occur under their accounts.

Content Upload and Publication

Content creators can upload and publish their digital content on our platform, subject to our guidelines. Uploaded content must not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, violate any laws, or be harmful to users. Daysline reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate without notice.

Content Sale and Purchase

Buyers have the option to purchase digital content available on the platform for a one-time fee. Upon successful purchase, buyers gain the right to download the content to their devices for personal use. The purchased content is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or distributed in any manner.

Revenue

Daysline is free to join. Creators receive their earnings via Stripe Connect. From each purchase, Daysline deducts a 5% platform fee and the payment processing fee charged by our payment provider. Payment processing fees are not returned by the payment provider when a purchase is refunded. Earnings are paid out weekly. While we strive to process payouts promptly, occasional delays may occur.

Transaction Processing

All transactions on our platform are processed securely through Stripe. Daysline does not store any payment information and is not liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized transactions.

Refund Policy

Daysline does not provide refunds for buyers. However, buyers can still contact our support team within the specified time frame and provide valid reasons for requesting help.

Copyright and Ownership

Content creators retain all rights to their uploaded content. By uploading content on our platform, content creators grant Daysline a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and sell the content on the platform. Content buyers acquire a license to use the purchased content, but do not acquire any ownership rights or copyrights.

User Conduct

While using our platform, users must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior towards other users will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the user's account.

Acceptable Use Policy

Daysline is intended for the sale of lawful, original digital content. Users must not upload, publish, sell, or otherwise distribute any content that falls into the categories below. Violations will result in removal of the content, suspension or termination of the offending account, forfeiture of pending payouts, and, where required by law, referral to the relevant authorities.

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors. Such content is reported to the relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content depicting identifiable real persons without verified consent, or any content produced through coercion or trafficking.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights, including copyrighted works, trademarks, or trade secrets the uploader does not own or is not licensed to distribute.
• Content that promotes, incites, or facilitates violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred toward individuals or protected groups.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content, including scams, fake credentials, counterfeit goods, and get-rich-quick schemes.
• Regulated or prohibited goods and services, including firearms, ammunition, explosives, illegal drugs, prescription medication, gambling products, and financial instruments requiring licensure.
• Malware, exploits, stolen data, credentials, personally identifiable information (PII) of third parties, or instructions designed primarily to cause harm.
• Content that harasses, doxxes, defames, or impersonates any person or organisation.

Content Moderation

Daysline is deploying a combined automated and human moderation process to detect and remove content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy. The controls below describe the moderation programme as it is being rolled out across the platform.

• Uploads will be programmatically screened at ingestion. Images and video frames are to be analysed by automated content-moderation services for nudity, sexual content, violence, and other prohibited signals, and media will be hashed and checked against industry CSAM hash databases.
• Titles, descriptions, and comments will be screened by an automated text-classification system together with a keyword blocklist covering hate speech, harassment, illegal goods, and fraud indicators.
• Content flagged with high confidence will be blocked or quarantined automatically and made unavailable for purchase. Lower-confidence matches will be routed to an internal human review queue.
• Our moderation team reviews the queue and any user-submitted reports. We aim to action reports of CSAM or other illegal content within 24 hours, and other reports within 72 hours.
• Enforcement actions include content removal, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of pending payouts, offboarding from Stripe Connect, and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities.
• Records of moderation decisions are retained for audit and compliance purposes. Repeated or serious violations result in permanent account termination.
• We continuously monitor the effectiveness of our moderation programme and actively look for ways to improve it, including refining our automated detection, expanding our review tooling, and incorporating feedback from users, partners, and regulators.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour on Daysline that you believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy or the law, please report it to us at support@daysline.com with a link to the content and a brief description of the concern. Reports relating to suspected child sexual abuse material, imminent threats, or other illegal activity are treated as highest priority and escalated immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Daysline is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our platform or the content available on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, and users access and use the platform at their own risk.

Modification of Terms

Daysline reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the platform after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
